The greater influence derives from who you are and you through examples, but must also know how to communicate and influence, always having a clear idea of \u200b\u200bwhere the system goes to work and the reality that surrounds him. It follows from what we do and our way of thinking, and not put on formal role within an organization of any kind it is, many people are in a position of authority without being the leader.
