Have you called the menu of New Year's Eve dinner? Perhaps you might want an unusual and delicious appetizer. Here is the recipe for fried olives tasty, to be offered with a Countess Entellina Chardonnay.
Ingredients
10 black olive oil per person
half biccchiere garlic wine vinegar oregano
Preparation
calculated for each diner a dozen big and meaty black olives, already salted. Put them in a pan with a little oil and crushed garlic and fry them for a few minutes. Then pour into the pan half a glass of wine vinegar, and when you will be cut by two thirds, and flavored with oregano. A few more minutes on the stove and fried olives are ready. Should be served piping hot.
