How Much Doe It Cost To Add Two Bedroom

Small emigrants grow

begin with a happy note: Some days ago, I accompanied my nephew to school, I noted that now in my town we have a great integration into the classroom. Increased the students who come from other realities and other ethnic groups. And 'I am delighted to see this reality that now anticipates a multiethnic society. Which is a future that, like it or not, waiting for us anyway: it's up to us to be ready, that is to ensure that that future declines in the best way. Whether that is full of opportunities and concerns.
But then the joy has been replaced by a nascent bitterness. And I felt the need for reflection and a question I want to share with you.
I thought, well, that all these children need a lot of wishes for the country that awaits them is not pleasant. But those children who come from countries in Africa and Asia need a few more wishes?
I can try to repeat the question with my words and try to exaggerate it? I exaggerate.
What should a young immigrant born and raised in Italy (now millions) in front of the wave of widespread prejudice and intolerance that is upsetting to all immigrants, without distinction, making lump ?
What choices would?
hardly in its place, I still hope to have a future, a nationality, a new home. I would be tired of listening without invoking the right to be, in every way, a citizen like any other. If anything I could continue to live in this city happy to have a job that maybe others do not want to do, to send my children to school (and this is already a lot), but in a school that offers fewer opportunities than in the past, to live an insecure roof.
But even so I would feel a burden, an intruder at constant risk of humiliation. I feel in the skin, the objection that many will make me, "but here we are talking about second-generation immigrants, we speak of illegal immigrants, the Roma, prostitutes ..."
Maybe, but the facts do d ' more. The continuous, deafening overlap between the migration issue and order public in the words of so many entrepreneurs moral and political insecurity forces the children to live with immigration a common thought that the law required the migrant as a guest but not welcome.
Foreign Minister Franco Frattini said: "We blocked the trafficking of illegal immigrants." Warning: every word of this sentence is false.
The minister made the award during a visit by Muammar Gaddafi, to reiterate the success of the policy to combat illegal immigration taken by the Italian Government, through the joint patrolling of the Mediterranean by Italian military units and Libya. But first it is false that the flow of migrants from the sea have been arrested. Have changed the country of origin (surely there's not African), have changed the means (there are fewer "carts" and more sailing boats) and has also changed the composition (more women and children). But this does not mean that the arrivals are over.
And then there's that "illegal", which is the most monstrous misunderstanding of that statement. The majority of migrants estimated that the long-Gaddafi takes away from our shores would be entitled to some form of international protection (refugees, asylum seekers, protection humanitarian). Protection that Libya is far from secure and that we, worse than accomplices, deny.
landings in 2008 were 36,951, in 30,492 have applied for international protection and more than half the successful. In 2009, the year of entry into force of the treaty of friendship with Libya, the security demands have been reduced to 17,603. The result is simple and brutal. To be rejected are, first, refugees and fugitives. So was not won any battle against illegal immigrants, who continue to arrive from other borders and through other routes. Would have the same effect if the Minister said that?
But let's also good news.
On 30 September, was published in the Official Gazette of the decree of the Ministry of the Interior August 5, 2010 for submission of applications for assistance from the National Fund for policies and services. The Fund will finance projects proposed by local host to asylum seekers and refugees. Thirty million euro are allocated to the bottom of which more than 6 for the care services for vulnerable groups of applicants and beneficiaries of international protection (the disabled, victims of torture, single parents with young children, pregnant women, unaccompanied minors accompanied).
The fund will improve the reception conditions and procedures in terms of services and facilities to complement those that use some form of international protection, making them as autonomous as possible, to support the reintegration of those who decide return to the country of origin. It would seem good news, because it makes available a certain amount of resources for a task - the reception of asylum seekers - which is experiencing nothing short of disastrous conditions. And this despite the fact that refugee rights are formally recognized in all the national and supranational conventions at all.
This applies even more for Italy, where the number of persons granted refugee status and international protection is far below that of countries like France and Germany.
But now there is hope that those funds are used wisely.
someone in your town has made us a little thought?
