Happy Valentine's Day to all!
Like it or not celebrate this "sugar" anniversary, we take it as an excuse to make something chocolate. If you do not have time and You want a taste of Sicily, try these sticks or orange peels in chocolate if you prefer. Very easy and delicious, smooth out even the most hardened single :-)
Makes about 30 pieces
125 g good dark chocolate
100 g candied orange sticks
also serves as an acetate sheet or paper oven
Preparation
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath. Dip a stick at a time into chocolate, covering all or only part inn according to your taste, let it drain and put it on the acetate sheet or on parchment paper. Let cool.
